Our
Team |
The energy and sparkle of Noaosiya comes from our
team of guides and support crew. All guides are experienced kayakers
and adventurers, but most importantly, they know how to enjoy the
nature of Kagawa. They know the difference between a boring trip and
a great fun adventure. |

|
Hiroshi
Yoshikawa (guide) |
|
A thoroughbred outdoorsman
with a lot of experience in trekking, rock climbing,
snow climbing and paddling. We can safely say that
he is a natural-born outdoor guide. At the moment,
he is learning the next challenging guiding skill,
the English language. Please check how it goes. |

|
Shoji
Komae (guide) |
|
He is a pure local,
born & raised in Kagawa, who has spent most
of his spare time in the outdoors. Therefore, he
knows this Kagawa area the best, even though he
is the youngest in Noasobiya. He is the most energetic
and the best-looking guide, but the most eccentric
guide as well. His English is not very good, but
we are sure that you will enjoy his "global
standard jokes". |

|
Mitsuko
Kamizono (support crew and
trainee guide) |
|
To celebrate the
new century, Mitsuko dropped out from a "normal"
life and flew out to New Zealand in 2001. She learned
kayaking skills from Ryu and her English skills
are pretty good. |

|
|
|
Keiji
Morita (support crew) |
|
He is the CEO of
the owner company of Noasobiya. Though it is an
IT company, he is not a layman of the outdoors.
He is actually a qualified Nature Observation Instructor,
and a really good support member of the seakayak
tour as well. And he is also the walking dictionary
of Udon noodles. If you want to know where to have
the best Udon noodles, ask him! |

|
Ryu
Takahashi (guide) |
|
Pronounce his name
like "re-you". He is the only Japanese
to hold a SKOANZ Level 1 Seakayak Guide qualification,
and is one of the most experienced seakayaking guides
in Japan. He is working for the No.1 leading seakayak
tour company in New Zealand for half a year, and
for Noasobiya for the rest of the year. Of course,
he speaks English, but please don't complain about
his Kiwi accent. |
